Each year we ask people to:
*dress up
*make banners representing their groups
*make windmills (because it's Sneinton!)
* and MAKE SOME NOISE!!

'Dragons: local myths and legends'

You could dress up as:
​
A dragon, Sneinton Dragon, William Booth, George Green, a boggart, goblin, spirit of the St Ann's Well, Forest spirits and faerie folk, the Green Man, Robin Hood, Maid Marian, a merry man, A Wollaton Park Gnome, the major oak, Batman, a local ghost, a leviathan, any famous dragon like the Welsh dragon, Saint George, Smaug in The Hobbit, the Lambton Worm, the dragons from How to Train your Dragon, Harry Potter dragons ... and many more things!!

Parade Banners!
Each year schools and groups create banners for Sneinton Festival Parade.
In 2024, festival artist, 'Hugh Jart' was our facilitator for this.
